Overview

At PixelPai, a Web3 compliance platform for gaming studios, I led the design of a management dashboard that helps users monitor financial and regulatory metrics across multiple blockchains. My focus was on ensuring the platform was both powerful and intuitive, even for users new to blockchain technology.

The Challenge

Creating a dashboard interface that empowers users to track digital assets, run analytics, and maintain compliance—all in a domain (Web3) that’s inherently complex and fast-evolving.

The Approach

User Research & Discovery

Conducted interviews with gamin studios, developers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points in tracking Web3 assets and compliance.
Identified critical user needs:
- Real-time updates on asset performance and suspicious activity
- Easy-to-generate reports for compliance officers
- Simple, centralized views across chains and wallets

Design Process

Mapped out user flows for key tasks: onboarding, wallet linking, compliance checks, and generating reports.
Designed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, focusing on:
- Data-heavy interfaces that are easy to scan
- Modular dashboards that adapt to different user needs
- Error prevention and clear status indicators

Collaboration & Handoff

Worked closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation
Had a close collaboration with the founders to ensure business goals are met
Partnered with a graphic designer to maintain visual consistency

Outcomes & Impact

Improved user onboarding by simplifying wallet linking and data visualization
Contributed to the successful beta launch of the dashboard
Received positive feedback from testers on dashboard clarity and ease of use
Enabled internal stakeholders to demo the product to investors and partners confidently
